We ship products through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, First Flight, and ON DOT. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on weight and destination.

Warranty, Return & Refund Policy
All our products come with a minimum 10-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you face any issues with your order, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the product.
What we cover:
If a product is defective due to manufacturing issues, we will repair or replace it free of cost.
We will also reimburse your return shipping cost after verifying the defect.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a 100% refund.
What is NOT covered:
No warranty applies if the product has been:
Misused
Damaged due to static discharge
Neglected
Modified or soldered
Physically damaged
Altered in any way
Order not shipped?
If we are unable to ship your order due to unforeseen circumstances, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Wrong, damaged, or incomplete order?
If the delivered product is:
Incorrect
Faulty
Partially delivered We will provide a 100% refund or a replacement.
Return Guidelines
Once we confirm that the issue is a manufacturing defect, the unused and unopened product must be returned within 3 days of confirmation.
All returns must include a copy of the original packing list/invoice.
Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer initially. These will be reimbursed if a manufacturing defect is verified.
Refund & Cancellation
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can request a refund.
For credit card payments, refunds will be processed to the same card used for purchase.
For UPI/Net Banking/Payment Gateway payments, the refund will be made to the same account.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the order before dispatch, a 4% transaction charge will be deducted.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Any cancellation request made after 10 business days will be treated as a regular return request.
Limits of Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
Improper use or installation of our products
Incorrect wiring or electrical polarity
Damage caused due to mishandling or misuse
Electrical polarity must be correctly observed when connecting any electronic components.
